TBK1抗体（A-6）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆TBK1抗体（也称为NAK抗体、T2K抗体、感染诱导的急性脑病、疱疹特异性8（IIAE8）抗体，或额颞叶痴呆和/或肌萎缩侧索硬化症4（FTDALS4）抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的TBK1蛋白。TBK1抗体（A-6）既可以是非偶联的抗TBK1抗体，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗TBK1抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。转录因子NFkB被抑制蛋白IkB以非活性形式保留在细胞质中。NFkB的激活需要IkB在特定的丝氨酸残基上被磷酸化，这会导致IkB的靶向降解。IkB激酶α（IKKα），以前称为CHUK，与IkB-α相互作用，并在触发其降解的位点（丝氨酸32和36）上特异性地磷酸化IkB-α。功能性IKK复合物包含三个亚基，IKKα、IKKβ和IKKγ（也称为NEMO），每个亚基似乎都对IkB磷酸化有作用。TANK结合激酶（TBK1），也称为T2K，是一种在小鼠和人类组织中发现的新型IKK相关激酶。已显示TBK1在NFkB激活途径中与TRAF2和TANK形成复合物。TBK1在氨基末端半部分与IKKα和IKKβ具有同源性，其中包括激酶结构域。

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not specificWe bought 2 TBK1 antibodies recently, sc-398366 and sc-52957. The first one works for blotting in mouse cells but NOT in human cells where it sees an irrelevant band of higher MW which does not go away with siRNA. The second one works in both mouse and human cells and the band that it sees is correct and goes away with siRNA. So the band shown for HeLa cells is rightly not the right size, and not a smiling gel. It will be best and more believable if Santa Cruz staff did not post reviews unless sure about what they are saying.

The antibody picked up one band with bigger size than prediction. Also, there is no change for the band density after knockdown.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Potent and very specific antibodyThis monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. There was medium detection of the ~80 kDa target protein in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested.
