Sulfiredoxin Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects Sulfiredoxin in human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Sulfiredoxin, also known as Sulfiredoxin-1 or chromosome 20 open reading frame 139 (C20orf139), plays a crucial role as a cytoplasmic antioxidant protein, primarily involved in the reduction of oxidative modifications, which is vital for cellular signaling and protection against oxidative stress.
