SNX29 Antibody (E-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects SNX29 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SNX29 Antibody (E-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SNX29, also known as sorting nexin-29 or RUNDC2A, is an 813 amino acid protein characterized by one PX (phox homology) domain and one RUN domain, which are crucial for intracellular trafficking and membrane dynamics. SNX29 is primarily located in endosomal compartments, where SNX29 plays a significant role in sorting and recycling cellular components, maintaining cellular homeostasis. SNX29 is vital for regulating endosomal transport pathways, and SNX29 dysregulation has been implicated in various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancer. SNX29 is encoded on human chromosome 16p.13.13, a region associated with several genetic disorders, highlighting SNX29′s importance in both health and disease.
