    SGEF抗体（E-5）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆SGEF抗体（也称为SGEF抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的SGEF蛋白。SGEF抗体（E-5）既有非偶联型抗SGEF抗体形式，也有多种偶联型抗SGEF抗体形式，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Ras超家族GTP酶可分为Ras、Rho/Rac、Sar、Rab、ARF和Ran等亚家族，控制细胞功能的多个方面，包括细胞骨架重排、核信号传导和细胞生长。Ras超家族GTP酶作为受调控的开关，在生物学活性的GTP结合形式和非活性的GDP结合形式之间切换。这种激活由鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子（GEFs）催化。SGEF（含SH3的鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子），也称为CSGEF，是一种由871个氨基酸组成的RhoGEF，在成人肝组织中高度表达，被认为在巨胞饮作用（细胞膜内陷形成囊泡袋）期间调节膜动力学。SGEF存在于前列腺癌细胞中，提示SGEF在致癌作用中发挥作用。由于选择性剪接事件，SGEF存在多种异构体。

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work in my hands.We tested this Ab using tissues from wt and SGEF KO mouse and we only see a non-specific band at the expected SGEF size, but that does not disappear in the KO. The Ab does recognize transfected SGEF, but apparently not the endogenous.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from It really does not workIt really does not work. What is shown in the datasheet seems to be a non-specific band at approximately the same size as SGEF. We tested it with stable SGEF KD cells. It does recognize transfected SGEF but the noon-specific signal is too strong.
