SCP-3抗体（D-1）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆SCP-3抗体（也称为联会复合体蛋白3抗体、SCP3抗体、RPRGL4抗体、SPGF4抗体或COR1抗体），它通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠和大鼠来源的SCP-3蛋白。SCP-3抗体（D-1）以非偶联的抗SCP-3抗体形式以及多种偶联形式的抗SCP-3抗体提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。联会复合体是减数分裂特有的核细胞器，参与染色体重排，如减数分裂前期的染色体配对和重组。SCP-2和SCP-3是联会复合体侧部元件的主要组成部分。SCP-3是哺乳动物减数分裂I期间的姐妹染色单体臂粘连蛋白。它具有一个C端卷曲螺旋结构域，可在体外促进同型相互作用。SCP-3在睾丸减数分裂前期细胞和原始生殖细胞中表达。SCP-2和SCP-3最早出现在细线期精母细胞中，并在减数分裂后期细胞中消失。

Can SCP-3 Antibody (D-1): sc-74569 be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Yes, this SCP-3 antibody sc-74569 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. We recommend performing antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6) and heat. The full protocol can be found here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/immunoperoxidase-staining
