Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible, a vial of water? AVOIDI used this on Rat cancer cell lysate, at 1:500 and then at 1:100. Nothing. The blot was as clean as if I didn't probe at all. Then I bought an antibody from Cell Signaling that targets this same Rap1A/B, used at 1:1000, I see a nice band at the expected molecular weight. AVOID!!
