Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Western BlotsI got the Pontin52 antibody through the SC Antibody Exchange Program to test its applicabilty mainly for Western Blotting. It gave nice sharp bands at the suggested molecular weight (50KDa) in the analysis of Pontin 52 expression in whole cell lysates.
