Pdcd-4抗体(B-4)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆Pdcd-4抗体(也被称为程序性细胞死亡4抗体、H731抗体、程序性细胞死亡4(肿瘤转化抑制剂)抗体、肿瘤转化抑制剂蛋白抗体、程序性细胞死亡蛋白4抗体、核抗原H731抗体、蛋白197/15a抗体或核抗原H731样抗体),可以通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Pdcd-4蛋白。Pdcd-4抗体(B-4)既可作为非偶联形式的抗Pdcd-4抗体提供,也可作为多种偶联形式的抗Pdcd-4抗体提供,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。转化抑制基因Pdcd-4(程序性细胞死亡基因4)抑制肿瘤促进剂介导的小鼠角质形成细胞的转化,是人类肺癌发展中的潜在抑癌基因。生化分析表明,Pdcd-4蛋白参与蛋白质翻译以及核事件。Pdcd-4直接与RNA解旋酶eIF4A相互作用,并通过干扰帽依赖的翻译起始复合物的组装来抑制蛋白质合成。Pdcd-4还抑制c-Jun对AP-1响应启动子的反式激活,这表明Pdcd-4的转化抑制活性可能至少部分是由于抑制c-Jun活性。除了影响c-Jun磷酸化外,Pdcd-4还阻断c-Jun对共激活因子p300的招募。

Thank you for your question. Anti-Pdcd-4 Antibody (B-4): sc-376430 was raised against amino acids 147-317 mapping within an internal region of Pdcd-4 of human origin.

I am using Pdcd-4 (B-4): sc-376430 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
