In particular, we used this antibody to detect protein levels in nuclear and cytosolic cell compartments in hippocampus and prefrontal cortex of mice and rats. In general, we are very satisfied with the obtained results, because Ab displayed high purity and clear bands in Western blot. Dilution up to 1:1000 for Western blot.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good antibody for western blotThe batch of antibody I have worked well on HeLa, NIH/3T3, Jurkat and K562 total cell extracts for western Blot. Observed: a weak specific band around 37kDa. The antibody was diluted 500 times into 5% BSA, into TBST with an overnight incubation at 4°C.
