p-PKC δ Antibody (H-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects phosphorylated protein kinase C delta (p-PKC δ) of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-PKC δ (H-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The protein kinase C (PKC) family, to which p-PKC δ belongs, is crucial for regulating numerous cellular processes such as cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis, making p-PKC δ a significant target for understanding various diseases, including cancer. p-PKC δ is primarily located in the cytoplasm and translocates to the membrane upon activation, which is essential for signal transduction pathways. This translocation enables activation of downstream signaling cascades that influence cellular responses to growth factors and hormones. p-PKC δ involvement in substrate phosphorylation leads to changes in cellular behavior and function. Understanding p-PKC δ localization dynamics and activation mechanisms can provide insights into pathophysiological conditions and potential therapeutic targets.
