Thank you for your question. Yes, Nup93 (E-8): sc-374399 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. この抗体を注文予定のものですが、すごくきれいに免疫染色でも染まっていますが、 パラフィン切片での染色（蛍光抗体法）を検討中なのですが、抗原賦活の方法や、具体的な染色手順を ご教示いただけませんでしょうか。よろしくお願いいたいします。
