Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid AntibodyI bought this antibody for use in IF and WB. It had an equally good signal for IF fixed in cold methanol or PFA and diluted at 1:100. For WB I ran a 6% gel and transferred to a PVDF membrane. I diluted at 1:500. Great specific signal from HeLa lysate.
