NSC 3852 is an HDAC (histone deacetylase) inhibitor. In MCF-7 human breast cancer cells, NSC 3852 causes cell differentiation in vitro and posses antiproliferative activity in MCF-7 human breast cancer cells. Used as a chemical inhibitor that can be used in the study of enzyme function.
