NOXA抗体（114C307）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆NOXA抗体（也被命名为PMAIP1抗体），可以通过WB、IP、IF和IHC(P)检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的NOXA蛋白。NOXA抗体（114C307）可以作为非偶联的抗NOXA抗体。Bcl-2家族的蛋白质成员在多种生理条件下相互作用以调节程序性细胞死亡（凋亡）。Bcl-2、Bcl-xL和几种相关蛋白质抑制凋亡，而Bcl-2家族的其他成员，如Bax和Bak，则促进细胞死亡。NOXA是Bcl-2家族的一个促凋亡成员，包含Bcl-2同源3（BH3）区域，但不包含其他BH结构域。小鼠细胞在各种器官中少量地持续表达NOXA mRNA；X射线照射会增加NOXA mRNA和蛋白质的表达水平。在人类细胞中，NOXA，也被称为PMA诱导蛋白1或APR，在成人T细胞白血病细胞系IKD中高表达，可能作为立即早期反应基因发挥作用。NOXA蛋白选择性地定位于线粒体。

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of avian origin. Do you know if this mouse monoclonal antibody will work?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Western blot analysis of NOXA protein in SK-Hep1All lanes:NOXA 抗体 (114C307): sc-56169 at 0.5ug/ml Lane1:SK-Hep1; Lane2:SK-Hep1 treated with 0.5uM doxorubicin for 16h Lysates/protein at 80,000 cells per lane. The band is very weak.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Band of interestI ran this AB on mouse liver homogenates at 1:500 with an HRP-anti-mouse secondary at 1:3000. I had numerous non-specfic bands throughout the blot but absolutely no bands below 30KDa, so no band even close to where NOXA should have been detected.
