Hi I'm interested in testing this MNT antibody but I work with a cichlid model. Is it possible to know what the epitope is for the monoclonal antibody? If not, could I provide the protein data in order to see if it is conserved in model?

Thank you for your question. Mnt Antibody (M-132): sc-769 is a rabbit polyclonal IgG that is now discontinued. If you are inquiring about the recommended replacement mouse monoclonal antibody, Mnt Antibody (F-11): sc-376408, this antibody is raised against amino acids 226-361 of Mnt of human origin (Uniprot accession: Q99583). https://www.scbt.com/scbt/product/mnt-antibody-f-11 We would be happy to help with sequence analysis if you could provide the protein sequence for your cichlid Mnt.
