MEF-2D抗体(H-11)是一种IgG3 κ小鼠单克隆MEF-2D抗体(也称为MEF2D抗体或肌细胞增强因子2D抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的MEF-2D蛋白。MEF-2D抗体(H-11)可作为非偶联的抗MEF-2D抗体。肌细胞增强因子-2(MEF-2)家族的转录因子与共同抑制因子或共同激活因子结合,调节T细胞、神经元细胞和肌肉细胞的发育和功能。四种家族成员由称为MEF-2A、-2B、-2C和-2D的选择性剪接转录本产生。这些成员以同源二聚体和异源二聚体的形式结合到受影响基因启动子区域的MEF-2位点上。四种转录本在表达上的差异调节意味着在胚胎发育和发育过程中每个转录本的功能不同。从中胚层前体细胞分化为成肌细胞的过程导致了多种调节肌肉基因表达的组织特异性因子的发现。成肌碱性螺旋-环-螺旋蛋白,包括MyoD、肌细胞生成素、Myf-5和MRF4,是已确定的一类因子。第二类DNA结合调节蛋白是肌细胞特异性增强因子-2(MEF-2)家族。这些蛋白质中的每一种都结合到存在于许多肌肉特异性基因调节区域中的MEF-2靶DNA序列上。
