JAK3抗体（B-12）是一种小鼠单克隆IgA kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）、石蜡包埋切片免疫组织化学（IHCP）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的JAK3蛋白。JAK3 (B-12) 抗体有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP)、藻红蛋白 (PE)、异硫氰酸荧光素 (FITC) 和多种 Alexa Fluor® 结合物。JAK3（或称Janus激酶3）是非受体Janus酪氨酸激酶家族的关键组成部分，在细胞对细胞因子和生长因子的反应中发挥着重要作用，特别是在淋巴造血系统中。JAK3主要位于细胞质中，对于各种细胞因子受体（包括白介素和干扰素受体）激活的信号通路至关重要。激活后，JAK3会磷酸化信号转导和转录激活因子（Stat）蛋白，使其二聚化并转移至细胞核，从而调节基因表达。这一过程对于维持免疫平衡至关重要，因为JAK3会影响细胞的增殖、分化与存活，从而增强人体对感染和炎症的反应能力。JAK3信号传导失调与多种免疫失调有关，因此JAK3成为炎症性疾病治疗干预的重要靶点。

Hi I used this antibody for Western blotting with different dilutions that were recommended several times but it didn't worked for me even once, can you please help or any suggestions. I can email the pictures of the blot as well.

Why do several of the Western images for this antibody show a single strong band at ~70 kDa in lysates from a number of different cell lines when this is a known 116 kDa protein? A few of the Westerns do show a much higher mol wt band.

Thank you for your question. We are looking into this discrepancy in the observed molecular weight for JAK3 with this antibody, and will remove any Western blot data that is inconsistent with the literature. Please contact our Technical Service Department for further support.

I want to use this antibody for IHC staining. Any tips for doing this with mouse tissue?

We recommend using a directly conjugated antibody. This product, sc-6932, is available conjugated to FITC, AF488, and AF647.
