G3BP1抗体（TT-Y）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆G3BP1抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测人源G3BP1。G3BP1抗体（TT-Y）可作为非偶联的抗G3BP1抗体形式提供。G3BP1（GTP酶激活蛋白（SH3结构域）结合蛋白1），也称为G3BP或HDH-VIII，是一种普遍表达的蛋白，定位于增殖细胞的细胞质和非增殖细胞的细胞核中。作为几种DNA解旋酶之一，G3BP1具有序列特异性和磷酸化依赖性，能够解旋含有悬挂3'-或5'-末端的部分RNA和DNA双链体。G3BP1使用镁作为辅因子，除了其解旋酶活性外，还充当核酸内切酶，在3'-UTR的腺嘌呤和胞嘧啶残基之间切割mRNA。作为Ras信号通路的一个元素，G3BP1在增殖细胞中与Ras GTP酶激活蛋白（Ras GAP）的SH3结构域结合，从而调节发育组织中的Ras信号事件。由于其参与细胞内的DNA复制和信号通路，G3BP1的表达与多种癌症的发病机理有关，包括食管鳞状细胞癌。

Thank you for your question. This antibody is raised against amino acids 214-303 of G3BP1 of human origin.

Has this antibody been tested against non-human G3BP1, eg. mouse?
