DAP12抗体（G-5）是一种IgG2bκ小鼠单克隆DAP12抗体（也称为TYRO蛋白酪氨酸激酶结合蛋白抗体、跨膜免疫信号适配器抗体、DNAX激活蛋白12（DAP-12）抗体、杀伤激活受体相关蛋白抗体、KARAP抗体、KAR相关蛋白抗体、硬化性白质脑病伴多囊性脂膜性骨发育不良1（PLOSL1）抗体或PLOSL抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测人源DAP12蛋白。DAP12抗体（G-5）既可作为非共轭抗DAP12抗体形式，也可作为多种共轭形式的抗DAP12抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。自然杀伤（NK）细胞受多种受体的刺激和抑制信号的调节。三个主要的受体家族负责NK细胞对MHC I分子的识别，包括Ly-49、CD94/NKG2和KIR（杀伤细胞抑制受体）。DAP12是一种参与NK细胞激活的磷蛋白。这种蛋白与KIR家族的膜糖蛋白相互作用，导致细胞激活。DAP12还与CD94/NKG2C结合，CD94/NKG2C是一种属于C型凝集素超家族的激活NK细胞受体。其他与DAP12结合的蛋白包括Ly-49D和Ly-49H，它们与质膜中的DAP12相关。磷酸化的DAP12与ZAP-70和Syk结合，表明其激活途径可能与T和B细胞抗原受体的激活途径相似。

Hi, I am wondering whether this antibody can recognize phosphorylated DAP12? or any other options or suggestions?

Thank you for your question. This antibody is a total DAP12 antibody, and should be able to detect both non-phosphorylated and phosphorylated DAP12. We do not currently offer any phospho-specific DAP12 antibodies.

Can DAP12 (G-5): sc-133174 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, DAP12 (G-5): sc-133174 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works wellThis was a sample antibody kindly supplied by the company for testing beside another supplied by another investigator. He had chosen DAP12 (A-4): sc-166084 to use on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections of human brain and since this one was not tested as yet on this material the company after my inquiry offered a sample of DAP12 G-5. It worked rather well after HIER pH 6.0 retrieval of 5 minutes at 1:200 dilution. Only small drawback was a little background. The microglia cells were well stained in the Alzheimer control brain. DAP12 (A-4) stained much weaker at the 1:200 dilution and same retrieval conditions.
