Can Cytokeratin 1 (4D12B3): sc-65999 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, Cytokeratin 1 (4D12B3): sc-65999 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Retrieval worked equally well using both EDTA pH9 and citrate pH6 buffers, and signal was still quite strong at a 1:500 dilution, though somewhere between 1:250 and 1:500 would probably be optimal.
