CTH抗体(F-1)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆CTH抗体(也称为胱硫醚γ-裂解酶抗体、CTH抗体、细胞质胱硫醚蛋氨酸半胱氨酸转硫途径相关抗体或CSE抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的CTH蛋白。CTH抗体(F-1)既有非偶联的抗CTH抗体形式,也有多种偶联形式的抗CTH抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。CTH(胱硫醚γ-裂解酶),也被称为CSE或γ-胱硫醚酶,是转硫酶家族的一员,并参与到转硫途径中。CTH是一种在细胞质中产生并发挥作用的胞质酶,负责催化依赖吡哆醛磷酸的β-二硫化物消除反应,该反应会产生铵、丙酮酸和硫代半胱氨酸。随后,生成的硫代半胱氨酸可能会与其他硫醇(或半胱氨酸)反应,生成硫化氢(H2S)。因此,CTH是肾脏、肝脏、血管平滑肌细胞和肠细胞中产生H2S的主要酶。内源性H2S的产生在细胞功能的调节中发挥着重要作用,包括细胞生长、细胞膜超极化、神经元兴奋性的调节以及平滑肌细胞的松弛。编码CTH的基因如果发生突变,可能会导致常染色体隐性遗传病--胱硫醚尿症,这是一种以血浆胱硫醚异常累积为特征的疾病,会导致尿排泄量增加。
