Does the antibody compete with other clones of anti-CD8a antibodies, such as 53-6.7 or 5H10-1?

Can you give me the accession number so I can blast the sequence for this protein to test for reactivity in bovine?

Thank you for your question. This antibody was raised against amino acids 22-182 representing the extracellular domain of CD8 alpha chain of human origin. The protein accession number, P0732, is provided on our website in the “Gene Info” tab, next to the “Description” (below the Ordering Information).

What' s the recommend antigen reveal method for this SC-7970 antibody? All the citations didn't describe the method of antigen reveal.
