CD63抗体（E-12）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆CD63抗体，通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA技术检测人源性的CD63。CD63抗体（E-12）既可以以非偶联抗CD63抗体的形式存在，也可以以多种偶联形式的抗CD63抗体存在，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。四次跨膜蛋白是造血细胞表面和颗粒膜上表达的膜整合蛋白，是与特定整合素组成的多分子复合物的组成部分。四次跨膜蛋白CD63（也称为LAMP-3、黑色素瘤相关抗原ME491、TSPAN30、MLA1和OMA81H）是一种溶酶体膜糖蛋白，在血小板激活后转位至质膜。CD63在活化的血小板、单核细胞和巨噬细胞上表达，在粒细胞、T细胞和B细胞上弱表达。它位于嗜碱性颗粒膜以及淋巴细胞和粒细胞的质膜上。CD63是白细胞糖蛋白TM4超家族的成员，包括含有四个跨膜区的CD9、CD37和CD53。CD63可能在吞噬和细胞内溶酶体-吞噬体融合事件中发挥作用。CD63的缺乏与Hermansky-Pudlak综合征有关。

Can I use this mouse monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemical staining of mouse tissue?

This antibody is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-5275 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-5275 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-5275 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-5275 AF647). Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work for WB in MCF7 cell extractsWe bought this antibody to detect the exosomal marker CD63 but didn't get any specific signal with it, only background (even using Femto reagent). an anti-CD9 (C-4) western blot performed in parallel with the same extracts gave a good signal in comparison.
