BLNK抗体（2B11）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG2a kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）、石蜡包埋切片免疫组织化学（IHCP）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的BLNK蛋白。BLNK (2B11) 抗体有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP)、藻红蛋白 (PE)、异硫氰酸荧光素 (FITC) 和多种 Alexa Fluor® 结合物。BLNK蛋白（又称B细胞连接蛋白）在B细胞受体（BCR）信号传导中发挥着关键作用，而BCR信号传导对于B细胞的激活、增殖和分化至关重要。BLNK主要位于细胞质中，是BCR结合启动的信号传导通路的核心枢纽，有助于下游效应子（如GRB2、Vav、Nck和磷脂酶Cγ（PLC γ））的募集和激活。BLNK在细胞中的位置使其能够整合来自各种激酶的信号，包括Syk和Lyn，这些信号对于B细胞的正常发育和功能至关重要。BLNK有两种同工型，即pp68和pp70，它们是由人类BLNK基因转录本的替代剪接产生的，而Syk的磷酸化是激活下游信号级联的关键调节步骤。BLNK是研究B细胞生物学和相关免疫学过程的重要靶标。

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Potent and very specific antibodyThis monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. There was medium detection of the ~68+70 kDa target protein in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix), and no detection of the target in a HeLa/Jurkat cell lysate mix. No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested or in the HeLa/Jurkat cell lysate mix. but a slightly high background was evident.
