When should the TransCruz reagent sc-32763 X be used instead of the standard form sc-32763?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for Western Blot!We got strong bands after O/N incubation with primary at the right size. We tested it in melanoma lines. There were also some unspecific bands but far from the Baf155 specific band.
