ATR抗体（C-1）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG1 kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的ATR蛋白。ATR抗体（C-1）有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®结合物。ATR，也称为共济失调-毛细血管扩张和Rad3相关蛋白，在细胞对DNA损伤的反应中起着至关重要的作用，特别是在细胞周期检查点的激活中。ATR使参与DNA损伤反应的关键蛋白（如检查点激酶CHK1和肿瘤抑制剂BRCA1）磷酸化，因此ATR对于维持基因组稳定性至关重要。ATR主要位于细胞核中，当DNA受损或复制压力过大时，ATR会在细胞核内形成核内聚集点，这凸显了ATR在细胞修复机制中的重要性。ATR对于早期胚胎发育至关重要，这表明ATR在维持细胞正常功能和预防基因组不稳定相关疾病方面发挥着重要作用。

Hi - why is band detected at ~220kDa when molecular weight of ATR is 317kDa? Thanks

Thank you for your question. The Western blot data shown on our website is representative of what we have observed with this antibody in various cell lines tested. The predicted molecular weight of ATR is ~ 301 kDa, however the observed molecular weight may vary from the predicted depending on how the protein is processed and expressed.

This one gave good signals in a variety of protein concentrations and several Ab dilutions, but working best in the human cell lysates. Mouse tissue extracts were also detectable. All worked well at 1:50 dilution.
