天冬酰胺合成酶抗体（G-10）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆天冬酰胺合成酶抗体（也称为天冬酰胺合成酶抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的天冬酰胺合成酶蛋白。天冬酰胺合成酶抗体（G-10）既有非偶联形式的抗天冬酰胺合成酶抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗天冬酰胺合成酶抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。水解谷氨酰胺的天冬酰胺合成酶通常也被称为细胞周期控制蛋白TS11。天冬酰胺合成酶在氨基酸生物合成途径中起着重要作用，对L-天冬酰胺的生物合成也很重要。它通过L-谷氨酰胺途径参与从L-天冬氨酸合成L-天冬酰胺的过程。该蛋白含有一个天冬酰胺合成酶结构域和一个2型谷氨酰胺转酰胺酶结构域。编码天冬酰胺合成酶的细胞周期调控基因ts11对于G1期的进展是必要的。

Can you recommend a positive control to use with Asparagine synthetase (G-10): sc-365809 monoclonal antibody for Western blot?

We recommend K-562 (sc-2203), U-251-MG (sc-364176), MCF7 (sc-2206), Ramos (sc-2216) or HUV-EC-C (sc-364180) whole cell lysates to use as positive controls as we have great Western blot data showing specific detection of Asparagine synthetase in these cell lines.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with Asparagine synthetase (G-10): sc-365809?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems.
