SEE ALSO...

Arp3 Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b light chain antibody that detects Arp3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Arp3 is a crucial component of the Arp2/3 complex, which plays a vital role in actin polymerization, a process essential for various cellular functions including cell migration, adhesion, and the formation of cellular protrusions. The Arp2/3 complex facilitates the nucleation of new actin filaments, enabling the rapid reorganization of the cytoskeleton in response to extracellular signals. This dynamic restructuring is particularly important in processes such as chemotaxis, where cells must move toward chemical signals, and in the formation of lamellipodia and filopodia, which are critical for cell movement and shape changes. The interaction of Arp3 with other proteins, such as the WASP family, is essential for the activation of the Arp2/3 complex, highlighting Arp3′s role in linking signaling pathways to cytoskeletal dynamics. Anti-Arp3 antibody (B-1) enables researchers to gain insights into the mechanisms of actin regulation and its implications in various physiological and pathological processes.
