What's the dilution range by western blotting?

Thank you for your question. The recommended starting dilution is 1:200, with a range of 1:100-1:1,000 for Western blotting.

Hello, Can I use this product for Flow Cytometry determination?

Thank you for the question. This polyclonal antibody to our knowledge has not been tested by FCM. This antibody was discontinued and it is no longer available. Instead we suggest using our mouse monoclonal AQP7 Antibody (D-12) sc-376407. The sc-37640 however also has not been evaluated by FCM, yet.
