ACSL4抗体(F-4)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆ACSL4抗体(也称为FACL4抗体),可通过蛋白质印迹法(WB)、免疫沉淀法(IP)、免疫荧光法(IF)、免疫组化法(IHC(P))和酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的ACSL4蛋白。ACSL4抗体(F-4)既可作为非共轭的抗ACSL4抗体形式提供,也可作为多种共轭的抗ACSL4抗体形式提供,包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)、藻红蛋白(PE)、异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。酰基辅酶A合成酶,也被称为长链脂肪酸辅酶A合成酶(FACL)或棕榈酰辅酶A连接酶,包括ACSL1-6,它们都是单次跨膜蛋白,定位于线粒体、微粒体或过氧化物酶体。FACL蛋白对于细胞脂质的合成和β-氧化降解至关重要。具体来说,ACSL蛋白催化长链脂肪酸活化为酰基辅酶A,这些酰基辅酶A可以被代谢形成二氧化碳、三酰甘油(TAG)、磷脂(PL)和胆固醇酯(CE)。在饱和和不饱和长链脂肪酸中,ACSL3优先选择月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、花生四烯酸和二十碳五烯酸。FACL3在各种组织中表达为两种亚型,包括脑、心脏、胎盘、前列腺、骨骼肌、睾丸和胸腺。而FACL4则优先选择花生四烯酸,并且在类固醇生成组织中含量丰富。FACL4 可能调节女性生育能力和子宫前列腺素的产生。

Hi, I am going to use this antibody for IHC on breast cancer tissue sections. What dilution I should use?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the starting dilution of 1:50 (range of 1:50-1:500) for immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications with this antibody. Optimal dilution should be determined by titration.

I am using ACSL4 (F-4): sc-365230 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It is not a good Ab for IHCI tried to perform IHC with this ab. I firstly used citrate (pH=6) with the following concentration 1:50, but i didn't get any positivity. Next, i tried to change antigen retrival buffer (TRIS-EDTA (pH=9)) at different concentration 1:50 and 1:200 but i didnt get any positivity
