前列环素（PGI2）的第二代结构类似物，其效力比第一代稳定类似物（以卡前列环素为代表）高出约十倍。 与重组人 IP 和 EP1 受体的结合亲和力相同，Ki 值为 11 nM。还能抑制血小板聚集，IC50 值为 65 nM。
