Adenovirus-7 C11 Antibody (1-N-14) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Adenovirus-7 C11 of Adenovirus type 7 origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-Adenovirus-7 C11 antibody (1-N-14) is available as a non-conjugated format, specifically designed to target unique features of Adenovirus-7 C11 . Adenovirus-7 C11 plays a crucial role in the viral life cycle, particularly in facilitating virus attachment to and penetration of host cells, which is essential for initiating infection. Understanding Adenovirus-7 C11 function is important for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at preventing or treating infections caused by adenoviruses, especially since Adenovirus 7 is frequently associated with severe respiratory illnesses. Adenovirus-7 C11 interaction with host cell receptors is a key factor in pathogenicity, and studying this interaction using Adenovirus-7 C11 (1-N-14) monoclonal antibody can provide insights into viral mechanisms and potential targets for antiviral drugs. With a low percentage of Ad7 isolates among all adenovirus isolates, coupled with significant antibody prevalence in the population, studying Adenovirus-7 C11 is vital for understanding adenoviral infection dynamics and public health impact.
