QUICK LINKS

SN-38 Glucuronide is a Irinotecan metabolite. Studies have utilized it to examine the effects of SN38 on cancer cells. Findings from in vitro studies have demonstrated that SN38 glucuronide is capable of inhibiting cancer cell proliferation and inducing cell death. Correspondingly, in vivo studies have demonstrated that it can restrict tumor growth in animals. Additionally, SN38 glucuronide may act to possess anti-inflammatory and anti-angiogenic properties.
