Neo Heliopan AP is a water-soluble organic compound known for its exceptional efficacy and photostability as a UVA II absorber. It exhibits a strong UV absorbance (11cm) of at least 770 at approximately 335nm. Neo Heliopan AP finds its application in sunscreens, where it effectively absorbs UVA rays.
