SEE ALSO...

Tenascin-C Antibody (300-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Tenascin-C in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Tenascin-C is a crucial component of the extracellular matrix, playing a significant role in cell adhesion and migration, which are vital processes during embryonic development and tissue repair. Anti-Tenascin-C antibody (300-3) enables detection of this protein in various tissues undergoing active remodeling. The unique structure of Tenascin-C, characterized by fibronectin type III repeats, allows interaction with a variety of cell surface receptors, influencing cellular behavior and signaling pathways. Expression of Tenascin-C increases in response to injury, highlighting a role in tissue regenerative processes. Tenascin-C monoclonal antibody (300-3) helps researchers gain insights into tissue remodeling dynamics and pathological processes associated with various diseases, making this tool invaluable for studies in developmental biology and cancer research.
