    SEE ALSO...

Survivin Antibody (3C5B2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects survivin in human samples through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Survivin is a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein (IAP) family and plays a crucial role in regulating cell division and inhibiting apoptosis, making survivin a significant factor in cancer biology. Anti-survivin antibody (3C5B2) targets a protein predominantly located in the cytoplasm that associates with microtubules during the G2/M phase of the cell cycle, which is essential for proper mitotic spindle function. Survivin′s interaction with microtubules helps maintain spindle integrity and prevents activation of caspases, key mediators of apoptosis. Disruption of survivin′s association with microtubules can lead to increased caspase-3 activity, resulting in enhanced apoptosis and potential cell death, particularly relevant in cancer therapies aimed at inducing apoptosis in tumor cells. Survivin (3C5B2) antibody serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying cell cycle regulation and apoptosis, as well as exploring therapeutic potential in cancer treatment.
