Sox-18 Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects Sox-18 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Sox-18 is a crucial nuclear protein composed of 384 amino acids, featuring a single HMG box DNA-binding domain, which is essential for Sox-18′s role as a transcriptional regulator within the Sox gene family.
