Septin 5 Antibody (SP19) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Septin 5 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Septin 5 plays a crucial role in the organization of the cytoskeleton and is involved in various cellular processes, including cytokinesis and the regulation of exocytosis.
