    SEE ALSO...

RLA-DQ Antibody (2C4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects the RLA-DQ protein of rabbit origin by immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). RLA-DQ (2C4) antibody is available as the non-conjugated format. RLA-DQ protein plays a crucial role in the immune response as a component of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II molecules, which are essential for presenting antigens to CD4+ T cells. This interaction is vital for the activation of T cells and the subsequent orchestration of adaptive immune responses, making RLA-DQ a key player in the immune system′s ability to recognize and respond to pathogens. In rabbits, the MHC class II genes, including RLA-DQ, are organized into distinct subregions, with R-DQ and R-DR molecules being expressed on the surface of antigen-presenting cells, while R-DP molecules show lower expression levels. Understanding the expression and function of RLA-DQ is important for elucidating the mechanisms of immune regulation and for developing potential therapeutic strategies targeting immune responses in rabbits.
