CD69 Antibody (E-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CD69 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD69 is a crucial early activation marker expressed as a disulfide-linked homodimer, known as the activation inducer molecule (AIM), which consists of two differentially glycosylated forms of a single protein. Anti-CD69 antibody (E-10) plays a significant role in studying immune response, as CD69 is one of the first antigens to appear following the activation of T cells, B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells. CD69 expression on activated lymphocytes indicates their readiness to respond to pathogens, making CD69 an important marker for studying immune activation and regulation. CD69 is constitutively expressed on platelets, CD4+ or CD8+ thymocytes, and germinal center T cells, while being absent from resting lymphocytes, highlighting CD69′s role in distinguishing between activated and non-activated immune cells. CD69 monoclonal antibody (E-10) effectively identifies CD69 in various applications, making CD69 (E-10) antibody an invaluable tool for researchers investigating immune responses and related disorders.
