    ZMAT4 Antibody (F-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ZMAT4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZMAT4 (F-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZMAT4 protein, also known as zinc finger matrin-type protein 4, is a 229 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of four matrin-type zinc fingers, which are crucial for nucleic acid binding and regulation of gene expression. These zinc fingers allow ZMAT4 to interact with specific RNA molecules, suggesting involvement in pre-mRNA processing and spliceosome assembly, which are vital for proper expression of genes and generation of functional proteins. Nuclear localization of ZMAT4 underscores a role in transcriptional regulation, and existence of two isoforms due to alternative splicing highlights complexity of regulatory functions. With an ability to modulate gene expression and RNA processing, ZMAT4 is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to various physiological signals.
