ZK 164015 is a potent estrogen receptor (ER) silent antagonist. 17b-estradiol stimulation inhibitor of luciferase activity (IC50 = 0.025 mM) and potently inhibits growth of estrogen-sensitive human MCF-7 breast cancer cells in vitro (IC50 ~ 1 nM).
