    SEE ALSO...

XTRP3 Antibody (C-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects XTRP3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). XTRP3 (C-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. XTRP3 protein, also known as the sodium- and chloride-dependent transporter, is a member of the solute carrier (SLC6) family, which is one of the largest transporter families in the human genome, comprising 20 members. This 616-amino acid membrane protein is characterized by 12 putative transmembrane domains and several glycosylation sites, which are crucial for regulating neurotransmitter levels in the cerebrospinal fluid. Proper functioning of XTRP3 is vital for maintaining neurotransmitter homeostasis, and dysregulation has been implicated in various neurological and psychiatric disorders, making XTRP3 a potential target for transporter-based therapeutic agents. Anti-XTRP3 antibody (C-11) serves as an essential tool for researchers studying this transporter in health and disease, providing insights into expression and function across different human tissues, including the brain, kidney, lung, and small intestine.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with XTRP3 (C-11): sc-515119?

    Asked by: Professor Griffin
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety
