Wnt-C59 is a small molecule inhibitor that functions by targeting the Wnt signaling pathway. It acts by binding to the acyltransferase Porcupine, which is responsible for the palmitoylation of Wnt proteins. This binding prevents the secretion of Wnt proteins, thereby inhibiting the activation of the Wnt signaling pathway.
