    SEE ALSO...

Wnt-11 Antibody (C-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects Wnt-11 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Wnt-11 antibody (C-8) is available as the non-conjugated form. Wnt-11 plays a crucial role in developmental processes, particularly in regulating cell movements during gastrulation, which is essential for proper embryonic development. Wnt-11 is expressed in specific locations such as the tips of ureteric buds and the perichondrium, a layer of stem cell-like cells that surrounds future bones, guiding their growth and regeneration. Precise expression of Wnt-11 in these areas highlights its importance in orchestrating complex interactions necessary for organogenesis and tissue patterning. Wnt-11 is involved in signaling pathways that influence cell fate and behavior, making Wnt-11 a significant player in both normal development and potential pathological conditions. The gene encoding Wnt-11 is located on human chromosome 11q13.5, and Wnt-11 expression is tightly regulated, underscoring its importance in developmental biology and potential implications in cancer research.
