    SEE ALSO...

WDR73 Antibody (4A6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects the WDR73 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-WDR73 antibody (4A6) is available as the non-conjugated form. WDR73, consisting of 378 amino acids, is notable for its three WD repeats and is part of the WD repeat WDR73 family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes. These WD repeats are characterized by a conserved structure that typically forms a tertiary propeller configuration, allowing WDR73 to participate in essential regulatory mechanisms such as chromatin assembly, cell cycle control, signal transduction, RNA processing, apoptosis, and vesicular trafficking. The gene encoding WDR73 is located on human chromosome 15, a region associated with several genetic disorders, including Angelman syndrome and Prader-Willi syndrome, highlighting WDR73′s importance in maintaining cellular integrity and function. WDR73 (4A6) monoclonal antibody enables valuable insights into WDR73′s role in these critical biological processes and implications in human health.
