QUICK LINKS

Vapiprost hydrochloride is a thromboxane A2 receptor antagonist. Vapiprost inhibits the aggregation and ATP release stimulated with U-46619, collagen, or arachidonic acid (AA) at an IC50 of less than 2.1×10^-8 M. Specifically, it has inhibited U-46619-induced contraction of guinea pig trachea with IC50 =1.8 nM.
