- Perfect for measuring nucleic acid and protein concentrations at 260 nm and 280 nm, UV Transparent Microplates have an expanded optical window down to 230 nm.
- UV Transparent Microplates are designed with alphanumeric well coding and made of polystyrene with flat bottom transparent wells, which offer low background and higher throughput.
- Non-autoclavable, untreated and non-sterile, UV Transparent Microplates are free of DNase/RNase, human DNA and pyrogens.
- UV Transparent Microplates are resistant to most chemicals including DMSO and are resistant to temperatures between -80° C to +40° C.
- UV Transparent Microplates may be used with a swinging-bucket rotor at maximum RCF of 4,800 x g.
- Half area UV Transparent Microplates use 50% less sample and reagent volumes without the need to change the formats of the plates.
