    UltraCruz® Nylon Membrane is an untreated, supported nylon membrane that is optimal for nucleic acid binding applications such as Northern Blot, Southern Blot, Multiple re-hybridizations, Colony/Plaque lifts, Dot/Slot blots, Radiolabelled detection systems, Chemiluminescent and Biotinylated detection systems. Naturally hydrophilic, Nylon Transfer Membranes have a higher binding capacity than nitrocellulose membranes and eliminates the need for wetting agents. It's versatility, durability and easy-to-use qualities make it ideal for UV-crosslinking, heating, and can withstand rigorous handling and harsh solvents, and will not crack, tear or shrink.
