UDPase Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects UDPase protein of Streptococcus equi subsp. zooepidemicus/Streptococcus equi subsp. equi 4047 by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). UDPase (D-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. UDPase plays a crucial role in nucleotide metabolism by hydrolyzing uridine diphosphate (UDP) to uridine monophosphate (UMP) and inorganic phosphate, which is essential for maintaining nucleotide pools within the cell.
